Deep Tissue Massage is the ability to identify and work with the deeper muscle fibres and fascia of the body, using deep and slow massage techniques to relax, lengthen and release tension in an effective and efficient way. Deep Tissue work does not have to be painful and can in fact be very nurturing with more emphasis on altering structure and muscle restriction.
Aromatherapy massage is a holistic massage treatment incorporating both traditional and modern massage techniques with the use of a bespoke blend of oils put together for you, to meet your needs.
Pregnancy massage is a safe, nurturing massage which can support a woman throughout all stages of her pregnancy to reduce stress and tension whilst promoting overall wellbeing for the expecting mother.
Safety guidelines are followed in choosing essential oils for a bespoke oil blend prepared for you, used for its therapeutic effects. This is combined with traditional and modern massage techniques for its relaxing effect, designed to address the muscular aches, pains and the physical strain attributed to the body adjusting to the changes which occur during pregnancy.
